The result - I was contacted from New Hampshire by an unknown relative, pair with most of the descendants of my enigmatic ancestor Vasile ILIE Ungureanu (menaning the Transylvanian, not by origin, but by the place from where he came). He arrived in Fundeni Gerassy, domain of Ioan SIMU Gherasim, about 1870, married 1879 with Ileana, 14 years old, daughter of Matei DINU and Floarea DIMACHE (Dimakis). According to the legend, Vasile saw Ileana over the fence and asked her father to give him Ileana as wife. Vasile was born probably about 1854, so in 1879 he was older. He gave some years to Ileana in order to balance their ages...
I don't know exactly the age of Vasile, but we know he was shepherd and shepherds were moving everywhere. Probably Vasile had another relation before, or even after, but before 1892 when he sold the sheep and he bought 5 hectares of land and a 2000 sqm house place in New Tanganu, close to Fundeni. Fundeni was a private property and Tanganu was a former Athos mountain property, taken by the state in 1864 and given to new married (small lands) and later sold (bigger lands).

These are the children of 2 sons of Vasile Ilie, Alexander and Mandica.
Ion Ilie is my father.
Victoria, Stelian and Gheorghe are second cousins.
Bianca and Diana are my nieces, daughters of my first cousins, both from Mandica's line, my father's father. Bianca is from my father's sister's line and Diana is from my father's brother's line.
So the DNA maths is correct, it is a real kinship !
